DIN 17175 St35.8.I or P235GH TC1 , SML TubesDN40(48.3mm) , welded  with Carbon Steel Studs Heating Pipe

Production facility: 3 finning machines;

Daily capacity up to 80,000 studs;

Tube OD            : 219 mm max.

Tube Thickness  : 4mm~15mm

Tube Length       :  No limit 

Studs OD            :  OD6mm~OD16mm

Studs Height       : 10mm Min.

 

 

Manufacturing process:

Studs are fully automatically welded onto the tube by resistance welding.

 

Acceptance criteria

Approved drawings and the delivery conditions (TDC) of clients.

 

Delivery condition

Tube ends are square cut, free burrs, internally dried and air blown clean, externally coated with varnish at both ends of extruded bimetallic fin tube.
