The high frequency fin tube produced by our company can be applied to boiler economizer, air preheater, chemical crystallizer, etc. The main products: high-frequency spiral resistance welding fin tube, stainless steel fin tube, double metal steel aluminum compound pipe, copper aluminum compound tube, cold and hot coil heat exchanger. Products are widely used in petrochemical, electric power, metallurgy, building materials, coating, boiler, heat carrier air conditioning, refrigeration heat conduction oil furnace, pressure vessel, dryer, intelligent greenhouse, livestock farming, fin tube economizer and air preheater, etc.

 

Manufactured in the same way as the L fin-type expect that the fin foot is overlapped to completely enclose the base tube thereby giving excellent corrosion resistance. This type of tube is often used as an alternative to the more expensive extruded type fin in corrosive environments

 

H fin tube known as square fin tube, There are two type of H fin tubes, one type with single tube, normal called square fin tube, the other with Double tube, normal called rectangular fin tubes. and also manufactured as per customers requirements. Due to rectangular shapes, which can offer large surface area compared to the Spiral Finned tubes. Due to larger surface area available, these finned tubes are used mostly in Air Heating application to reduce the overall size of the equipment.

 

H fin tube is a kind of boiler parts, to have two steel circular symmetry to be welded on fluorescent tubes to form fins positive shap much like letter "H", so called H-fin tube. H-economizer widely used in utility boilers, industrial boilers, marine power, such as the tail of heat exchanger components.

Quality Tests
The Square or Rectangualr H Finned Tube quality is assured by hydrostatic or pneumatic tests, eddy current tests and tensile tests in order to verify the mechanical bonding between inner tubes and outer fins.
 
Surface Coating
Outside-Red oxide zinc phosphate primer and inside volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI) in water soluble tablet form.
 
Delivery Condition: Tube ends are square cut, free burrs, internally dried and air blown clean, externally coated with varnish at both ends of Square or Rectangualr Fin Tube.
